• JamesMarko will not keep a copy of your website from the date of cancellation
• Information and data will be deleted at the date of cancellation
• JamesMarko does not offer website hosting refunds and requires hosting plans are cancelled at least 30 days from annual renewal
TRANSFERRING YOUR WEBSITE TO AN ALTERNATE HOSTING PLATFORM:
• Website hosting performance varies greatly, as such JamesMarko cannot be held responsible for performance once a site leaves our servers
• Any plugins provided free of charge as an enhancement to our website hosting service will be removed as they are licensed to JamesMarko Pty Ltd for their usage only, these include caching and speed performance plugins including but not limited to WP Rocket, Imagify, Couldflare DNS and others not listed
• Wordpress Themes and Plugins used for the working of the public face of the website will remain but will have JamesMarko license activations removed and will need to be purchased directly. These include but are not limited to the Divi Theme, Gravity Forms and other associated Divi plugins
• JamesMarko is not responsible for the transfer of the website or it's operation once transferred, any assistance required will be charged
• Services such as Google Site Kit will be disconnected as they rely on our Google logins and will need to reconnected with a different login
